Is Picoworkers.com Legit or Scam 2019

Picoworkers online task and advertisement based company to start work from the last few months and mostly works from India in this website. I make an account today here and start working. but I have to click something about this website, is it legit or scam. then I have found their official page at facebook. every one asks one question from admin. whats a question my friend? the question is why my withdrawal is still pending from last 3 month.
